Today the world is paralyzed by the isolation of thought from action; therefore, visionary leaders are urgently needed.

The Visionary Leadership Education Program is designed to educate the emerging leaders of today and tomorrow based on the principles and practices of visionary and sage leadership creatively developed from the leadership philosophies of the East and the West.

Project Sage-Council of Elders
The tremendous wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom of the community of elders is one of the least utilized resources of the world, particularly in the United States.

Project Sage-Council of Elders is designed to harness the vast wealth of the life experience existing in the community for various projects and programs within and without Vision in Action.

Complementarity of Cultures
The world is deeply divided because we often fail to realize that differences existing among people and cultures are the common wealth of humanity and that the diverse cultures of the world can in fact dynamically complement and enrich one another for their co-development.

Vision In Action supports and promotes visions-in-action intended for the realization of the complementarity of cultures to engender a world where diverse cultures with different worldviews, customs, religions and histories not only peacefully coexist but also mutually enrich one another in their co-development.

Integration of Genders
To empower women is to empower men, and vice versa.  So long as women remain disempowered, as they are today in many parts of the world, men too remain disempowered, and both genders are deprived of what it means to be fully human.

Vision In Action supports and promotes visions-in-action intended for the realization of the integration of genders to engender a world where both men and women are equally empowered and mutually enrich one another in their professional, social and personal relationships.

Vision In Action Consortia are Sapient Circles of leaders from key professional communities that come together for the transformation of the planet through coherent and integral development of their communities and networks:

Integrity in Business
Integrity is the fundamental principle of long-term business success and constitutes the essence of business ethics.  Yet today duplicity, not integrity, appears to prevail in the business world, not because business is inherently immoral or amoral but because some business people myopically deviate from the principle of integrity and fail to attain lasting prosperity and happiness.

The Integrity in Business Education Program addresses the issue of integrity and the ethics of business in the context of strategic, organizational, and cultural change and the development of integrity for the purpose of enabling or re-enabling business and the business community.

Unified Science Research and Education
Science, as practiced in the last three centuries, is the study of reality subsumed under the category of quantity, exclusive of the dimensions of value intrinsic to the experience of reality as a whole. Notwithstanding its enormous success and contribution, current science is showing breakdowns in its theoretical formulation, underlying worldview and social impact.

The Unified Science Research and Education program seeks to integrate the category of space-time with the category of value-quality, and the science of fact with the science of value.  It seeks to expand the universe of science and develop a cluster of new life-enhancing technologies hitherto ignored or unthought within the current scientific paradigm.

Equalization of Access to Resources
A huge disparity of material wealth and standards of living exist today between the “haves” and “haves-not” of the world, which results from the vast disparity of access to intellectual and material resources existing on the planet. So-called “wealth-distribution” strategies will never work because true wealth is the value that can only be earned through individual effort.  Therefore, what is required is the equalization of opportunities to earn wealth; that is, the equalization of access to intellectual and material resources.

Vision In Action supports and promotes visions-in-action for the equalization of access to intellectual and material resources to engender a world where every human being living anywhere in the world has an equal opportunity to achieve success that is his or her own vision-in-action fulfilled.
